There are hundreds of camping options in the Smoky Mountains National Park and these are our top 3 favorite campgrounds: Elkmont Campground, Cade's Cove Campground, and Smokemont Campground. All three campgrounds have dozens of hiking trails in the Smoky Mountains, along with some of the best river and waterfalls in the Smoky Mountains National Park. In Tennessee, these are some of the best family and dog friendly campsites you will find.
